Hello Little mountain Montessori Families,

As always thank you for sharing your children with me. It is so fun for me to see how much your kids grow/change year to year. And a warm welcome to the new families at Little Mountain. I love spending time at school and I always have a hard time leaving.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, it'll save us both time! ;)

 

Click the link below to review your photos. There are albums in the gallery for each child or sibling/friend grouping.

  • If you need help through the process, I've provided this step by step guide to ordering your photos!
  • There are also instructional videos to give you a little extra help should you need it.
  • You are free to create whatever package fits your needs via à la carte ordering. Discounts are given at certain levels of ordering, please see the list at the bottom of the page.

Step 1:

 

Go to the following link and enter YOUR email address to access the gallery.

Step 2:

  • Find the album, organized by First Name. No individual passwords on albums are needed.
  • If you have multiple children at school, there are also photos in the Sibling folder of the kids together.
  • Class photos are found in the class photos folder.

*** PLEASE NOTE: The class photos that are COMPOSITE style will only print well at 8x10 size, other print sizes may be too small and will have borders around the image to maintain the entire image

 

Step 3:

 

Choose the image or images you'd like to order and choose 'add to cart'. You will be given the opportunity to order prints, digital downloads, metal prints, canvases, and mini-accordion albums. Under the Item menu, there are tabs to help you navigate between the categories.

  • To order Class Photos - order these prints the same way you order your child's photos.
  • To order Child or Sibling Digital Collection
    • Click on the cart icon of ANY image from the respective album or click the image and then BUY button
    • Select Digital Media
    • Choose the option that you want

ORDERING VIDEOS

 

Here are some short video clips showing how to order. (Please note, these videos are a handful of years old, so pricing in them is not current.)

 

The website is pretty user-friendly and you should be able to navigate around and figure it out, but if you've never ordered via my proofing system before or try to do it first and get stuck, these should help. My vendor recently made some aesthetic changes so it may look slightly different, but the options are named the same so you should still be able to follow the same instructions.

Step 4:

Enter your payment information and submit your order.

**If you use Google Pay, be sure to select shipping option BEFORE clicking "buy with G pay"**

There are two shipping options:

  • Please choose the option "I'LL PICK UP" if you want to pick up at school. All orders selected for PICK UP will be hand delivered to school.
  • If you would like it shipped direct to you for a no-contact delivery, choose "SHIP TO ME". Choose the method of shipping that you want, and complete checkout. This option can also be used if you want to order to send to grandparents or other family directly.

** Please submit a separate order with the items you want to ship directly to grandparents but have your photos delivered to school.

** Or if you want to ship some items to you and some to grandparents, they have to be on two separate SHIP TO ME orders.

Instructions on how to download digital products will be emailed to you once the group order has been submitted on 4/1.

 

NOTE: If you need/want your digital images right away, please place a direct ship order or TWO separate orders, a digital order and then prints to be picked up at school.

 

***Please note that all items are subject to Washington state and Seattle city sales tax of 10.55%, unless the order is being shipped directly out of state.

 

DIRECT SHIP OPTION:

Gallery will be open until the end of april

FAQs

  • How fast will prints/products arrive?
    • Orders shipping to school will be verified, compiled, then submitted all together after the March 31st deadline. Lab processing begins once order is submitted to lab. In-lab turnaround time is 2-3 days, then shipping time. These orders will have expedited shipping and be dropped off at school.
    • Orders shipping home will be verified and submitted to lab. In-lab turnaround time is 2-3 days, then shipping time. After lab processing time, they will ship with whatever shipping option was selected.
  • Mini-Albums will have a slightly longer processing time as they need to be designed by me before submission to lab.
  • Do you make photo books? YES! I can also make larger photo books for grandparents, email me for details kellie AT kelliepecoraro.com

The fine print:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
  • Issues with printed images must be reported to Kellie within 2 weeks of delivery, reprints are at photographer's discretion.
  • Photos will be printed in Lustre finish. Lustre prints are often considered the best of both worlds, they provide the color saturation of glossy without the glare, and have the fingerprint resistance of matte.
  • All photos have been professionally edited as presented in this gallery. No additional editing will be done on photos.
  • Professional retouching is available $15/image. Please contact Kellie with questions.
  • Photos and layout of accordion albums to be designed by photographer.
