NOTE: If you need/want your digital images right away, please place a direct ship order or TWO separate orders, a digital order and then prints to be picked up at school.

There are albums in the gallery for each child or sibling group. If you need help through the process, I’ve provided this step by step guide to ordering your photos! There are also instructional videos to give you a little extra help should you need it. You are free to create whatever package fits your needs via à la carte ordering. Discounts are given at certain levels of ordering, please see the list at the bottom of the page.
Step 1:
Go to the following link and enter your email address to access the gallery.
Password: ballard25!
Step 2:
- Find the album, organized by First Name. No individual passwords on albums are needed.
- If you have multiple children at school, there are also photos in the Sibling folder of the kids together.
- Class photos are found in the class photos folder.
Step 3:
- Choose the image or images you’d like to order and choose ‘add to cart’. You will be given the opportunity to order prints, digital downloads, metal prints, canvases, and mini-accordion albums. Under the Item menu, there are tabs to help you navigate between the categories.
- To order Class Photos – order these prints the same way you order your child’s photos.
- To order Child or Sibling Digital Collection
- Click on the cart icon of ANY image from the respective album or click the image and then BUY button
- Select Digital Media
- Choose the option that you want

The website is pretty user-friendly and you should be able to navigate around and figure it out, but if you’ve never ordered via my proofing system before or try to do it first and get stuck, these should help. My vendor made some aesthetic changes since I recorded these videos so it may look slightly different, but the options are named the same so you should still be able to follow the same instructions.
